INDONESIAN SHIPPING

We use JNE (3-4 business days) and Express services (1–3 business days). We use DHL for all international orders. Express shipments within metro areas deliver within 1–2 business days. 

Delivery time frames begin from the time the parcel is collected by JNE.

Free shipping with JNE (1 - 2 work days, including Saturday) on all orders within Bali, Indonesia.

Free shipping with JNE (3 - 4 work days, including Saturday) on all orders within Jakarta, Surabaya, Badung, Indonesia.

For orders placed after 11am, your delivery will be scheduled for delivery the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are sent via DHL which requires a signature upon delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance procedures upon arrival in the destination country. These processes can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timelines.

More & Choo is not responsible for any customs fees, foreign taxes, or additional charges that may be applied upon delivery—these are the responsibility of the customer. For further details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
