Goods purchased from More & Choo Online Boutique can be returned by submitting a return request via emailing enquiries@moreandchoo.com


RETURN OPTIONS

Standard Refund: For full-priced items, submit your return, and your refund will be processed once we receive your return at our warehouse.


EXCHANGE - Exchange your item for a different size or colour.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days from the date of delivery, or in store pick up, unless deemed faulty by our team. All items must not be damaged, altered or washed and have no makeup stains to be eligible for a return.


FULL PRICED ITEM

More & Choo agrees to offer a refund, credit note or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery unless deemed faulty by our team.


TEMPORARY PROMOTIONS ON A FULL PRICED ITEM

More & Choo agrees to offer a credit note or exchange to the value of the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty by our team.

 

SALE/ MARKDOWNS ITEMS 

More and Choo agrees to offer a credit note or exchange to the value of the purchase within 10 days from the date of delivery. Sale items are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty by our team.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

More & Choo does not accept any returns (inclusive of refunds, credit notes or exchange) for final sale items unless deemed faulty by our team. These items have been marked down to clear. This includes already reduced items purchased with a further discount or items marked as final sale.


PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

More & Choo does not accept any returns for Pre-Order & Made to Order items unless deemed faulty by our team. 


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All policies above for full price, sale/markdown and final sale items apply for International Customers. Please note that international online returns for change of mind will be at the customer's expense. Please email enquiries@moreandchoo.com begin this process.
