SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
The shipping time frame begins when the parcel is collected by JNE or DHL.

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping with JNE (1 - 2 work days, including Saturday) on all orders within Bali, Indonesia.
Free shipping with JNE (3 - 4 work days, including Saturday) on all orders within Jakarta, Surabaya, Badung, Indonesia.
Standard shipping is FREE for orders over USD$500 on all orders. Otherwise USD$35 DHL Express shipping on orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Please visit our SHIPPING & DELIVERY page for information on our international shipping policy.
I haven't received my order yet
We apologise for any delays in processing your order. During busy sale periods and in the event of enforced lockdowns there may be delays due to high order volumes or workforce restrictions.

Do you offer Same Day Delivery?
We currently only offer same day delivery service within Bali, Indonesia.
For online orders, simply add your Bali address as the Shipping address for automatic Free Shipping.

RETURNS
Can I return my online purchase?
Full priced items can be returned for a full refund. (excluding shipping fees)
Returns need to be submitted via enquiries@moreandchoo.com email within 48 hours of delivery for approval and returned within 10 days of delivery.
Pre-orders and made-to-order creations are not eligible for return.
Promotional items purchased using a sale promotional code or during a flash sale are not eligible for a refund and can only be returned for a credit note. This excludes our Welcome Sign-Up offer.

All items must be returned in the original packaging, unworn, with tags attached. More & Choo reserves the right to reject any items that appear to have been worn, damaged, altered or washed.
Freight costs are at the expense of the customer and tracking details should be provided when returning items. Items lost in transit will not be compensated for.

Can I return sale items?
Sale items not marked as 'Final Sale' or 'End of Season Sale' are eligible for an exchange or credit voucher, unless deemed faulty. Refunds are not offered on sale items.
Items purchased with an additional discount on already reduced sale prices (e.g. "Take a further 20% off") are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited unless the item is found to be faulty. By purchasing a further discounted sale item, you agree to these terms.
Items marked 'Final Sale' or 'End of Season Sale' are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. These items are discounted to clear, and by purchasing them, you accept they are non-returnable.
Full-priced items purchased during a limited-time promotion are eligible for an online credit note valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Can I return/exchange an item I purchased at one of your stockists?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or offer an exchange for More & Choo items purchased at one of our independent stockists as they are a separate entity.
Can I apply a current promotion to a previous purchase?
Discounts cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other offer.

What payment methods do you offer?
We offer the below payment options when shopping at More & Choo.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
Can I do a split payment online?
More & Choo Online Boutique does not offer split payments.
Can I pay in my local currency?
We accept all major currencies .
Please select your preferred currency in our currency selector. When browsing on desktop, you will find this in the top right hand corner of the page.
Do you charge taxes and duties on international orders?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and clearance procedures upon arrival in your country, which can sometimes cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
Please note that More & Choo is not responsible for any additional charges incurred at customs—these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees or import regulations.

EDITING AN ORDER
I need to edit my delivery address.
Please contact enquiries@moreandchoo.com to edit your delivery address.
Please note, our Customer Care team will endeavour to edit this before your package is dispatched. If the order has already been collected by JNE or DHL, we are unable to amend the delivery details.
Can I edit/add items to my order?
You can edit your order or add items within 5 hours of placing it.
To request changes, please email us at enquiries@moreandchoo.com as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we’re unable to make any changes. If you'd like to purchase additional items, a separate order will need to be placed.
If your order hasn't yet shipped, we may be able to swap the size of the same style.
Please note, while we always do our best to accommodate order changes, we can’t guarantee them. Our Customer Care team will let you know what’s possible based on your order status.
I would like to change my order to Express Shipping.
If you'd like to upgrade your order to express shipping, please contact us at enquiries@moreandchoo.com as soon as possible.
Our team will send you an invoice for the express postage fee. Once payment is received, we’ll dispatch your order via express shipping. Orders will not be shipped until the payment is finalised.
While we’ll do our best to make the change before dispatch, please note that we cannot guarantee this, especially during busy periods.
SIZING
What is your sizing like?
Our sizing can vary slightly between styles, so we generally recommend choosing your usual size.
For pieces with a relaxed or oversized silhouette, they’re intentionally designed to be worn loose. If you prefer a more fitted look, you may consider sizing down.
Styles with a fitted silhouette are made to gently hug the body. We suggest selecting your true size, but if you prefer a more relaxed fit, sizing up is a great option.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
An item is sold out in my size, will you be receiving more stock?
In keeping with our sustainability values, we produce in small quantities to minimise excess and reduce waste—so our stock is intentionally limited.
If your size is sold out, we recommend selecting it and clicking the ‘Notify Me’ button to receive an email if it becomes available again.
Please note, items marked limited stock are unlikely to be restocked this season, so we encourage you to purchase early to avoid missing out.
I ordered a style on Pre-Order, when will it arrive?
Estimated delivery dates for pre-order styles are provided to the best of our ability. Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as fabric or production hold-ups. If there are any changes to the original timeline, we’ll be sure to keep you updated.
I ordered a style on Made to Order, when will it arrive?
Expected delivery dates for Made-to-Order styles are estimated to be 4 - 6 weeks from when the order was made. Delays can sometimes occur due to reasons outside our control, such as fabric or maker delays. If these original estimated delivery dates are postponed we will be in contact to let you know.
